Dumb bitch :marseyarthoe8: smokes in car :smoke: then crashes later on :marseybrainletclapping:

Girls name was Tanya and she smoked in the car before turning on the dashcam. After some minutes, someone(most likely Tanya's Mother) told her to slow down, but Tanya didn't listen. After Tanya's mom said her name multiple times, Tanya turned on the radio volume as a attempt to calm her mother down, but that just backfired, as her mother begin screaming and crying. After a while of her mom begging her to stop speeding, Tanya finally snapped. She lost control of the car, causing her mom to most likely grab the steering wheel. Sadly, that didn't work out and the car crashes into the trees, while her mom says 'Blyat', as she saw she and Tanya fucked up big time. For some reason, Tanya was mute for the whole video.

Newly-leaked bodycam footage shows Decatur police killing man with a gun in his hand (multiple POVs)
Original videos

Decatur, Alabama, United States

September 29, 2023

In the early morning hours of Sept. 29, 2023, Decatur man Steve Perkins, 39, was shot and killed when Decatur Police officers accompanied a tow truck driver trying to repossess Perkins' truck.

The tow truck driver had reportedly already tried to repossess Perkins' truck before but was chased off at gunpoint. The driver reported the incident to police and later returned with the officers when the shooting occurred.

The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) turned over its investigation material to the Morgan County District Attorney's office on Dec. 26, 2023. Until now, only small clips and Ring doorbell camera footage have been released to the public.

However, 1819 News has obtained the footage compiled by ALEA for the DA's office as part of their investigation.

An attorney for the Perkins family said Perkins did not have time to comply with police before he was gunned down.

After an internal investigation, Decatur Police Chief Todd Pinion "determined department policies were violated," Decatur Mayor Tab Bowling said during a city council meeting on Nov. 20, 2023. The three officers who were terminated and the one suspended following the incident are appealing the decision. A grand jury indicted former officer Mac Bailey Marquette on January 4 for murdering Perkins, and he is set to stand trial on November 18. He has pleaded not guilty to the charge.

Last week, Huntsville radio WVNN's Dale Jackson announced his possession of the full ALEA footage, which led to an online dispute with a Decatur Daily reporter David Gambino, who has since deleted his Twitter account.

According to WHNT, three officers have asked to dismiss the civil case. The lawsuit names four officers: Bailey Marquette, Christopher Mukkadam, Joey Williams and Vance Summers. It alleges federal civil rights violations by these defendants. Mukkadam, Williams and Summers all filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit as they aren't facing any charges in connection to the shooting.

All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

amhara fano militia fighters execute two bound prisoners (ethiopia)
Info on this group

https://i.postimg.cc/dQBfcm6K/IMG-9888.jpg

The Fano is an ethno-nationalist group that claims to represent the Amhara, Ethiopia's second-biggest community, among whom they have widespread popular support.

The Amhara historically dominated economic, cultural, and political life in Ethiopia. Their region was the heartland of the Abyssinian Empire that expanded into modern-day Ethiopia and is home to many of the most important sites in Ethiopian Orthodox Christianity. Amharic is their national language.

The word Fano loosely translates to ‘freedom fighter' and in the popular imagination, the group's roots stretch back to the Italian fascist occupation of Ethiopia from 1935 to 1941. In a more practical sense, the current Fano militias took shape during the mass protests of 2016-2018 against the former regime dominated by the Tigray People's Liberation Front (TPLF).

During those protests, the Fano resembled a loosely organised youth movement. Many of its leaders were locked up and then later released by the current prime minister, Abiy Ahmed, who came to power in April 2018.

Soon after their release, the Fano militia fighters started clashing with the security services again. By early 2020, they were once again a thorn in the side of the government, which tried to disband them. This policy was abandoned when war broke out with the TPLF in November 2020 and the Fano became a key ally of the federal military.

The Fano's ethno-nationalism is closely tied up with Ethiopian Orthodox Christianity and a wider notion of Ethiopianness. They have supercharged their nationalist sentiments with the claims that the federal government is perpetrating a genocide against the Amahara.

“The Amhara feel the government is out to destroy their culture,” says a lawmaker from the region, citing killings of ethnic Amharas in Oromia. “That is why the Fano turned into a popular movement.”

Attacks against ethnic Amharas in parts of Ethiopia where they are a minority are cited as evidence of this.

Other grievances include fears land the Amhara took from Tigray during the conflict will be taken off them, the status of the federal capital, Addis Ababa, and a feeling the government is dominated by the Oromos, Ethiopia's largest ethnic group. Abiy Ahmed is Ethiopia's first Oromo prime minister.
