All I can say is that some folks hunt narcos and keep them in underground container places.

I know they stay alive several years and they force LSD and some other chemical.

I don't know how, but they end up being just torsos. Legs and arms gone.

I know they are fed their own bodies over time. I can't remember the drug that paralyzes them... but that's how they stay alive. They can feel pain apparently
