i think it is a shrapnel that cracked his egg tbh . the other guy infront . he screamed as he got hit by shrapnel aswell . the cameraman died as soon the explosion happened as a shrapnel came into his head he just slumped over as soon the explosion happened . even a guy who didnt get hit tryed to shake him to try wake him up
