A group calling itself the "Khattab al-Shishani Brigades" broadcast a video of the targeting of the joint Turkish-Russian patrol in the middle of last month on the Aleppo-Latakia M4 international road.

The group, whose name first appeared on the day the joint patrol was targeted by a car bomb, reviewed in its release the Turkish-Russian relations and the agreements related to northwestern Syria.
