When you see a driver do something in traffic that's completely, jaw-droppingly unbelievable, it's often an older Asian woman driving. And they always get away with it, at least when I'm around, going on their merry way never realizing they almost caused a four-car pileup.
This is not racism on my part either, just observations gathered during 37 years of driving being a daily part of the various jobs I've had.

There is many cases of drivers killing pedestrians on their lanes like it was gta (for reasons like rage, jealousy or some shit)
For cases where a driver "accidentally" kills one pedestrian, its cheaper in the long run to kill a pedestrian than injuring/disabling them. dont fly to china

China still has alot of problems especially mental health, theres some push to fix it atleast
Still some laws are too light especially towards animal abuse which is common and an industry
There is certantly a large number of chinese who are really apathethic and living there can be stressful so some do turn to horrible acts, you can't deny the possibility of intentional hits

if i know it wasnt from the appropriate time span i didnt include it. it is impossible to tell for sure because a lot have time stamps removed, but i usually check with reverse image search and others. inevitably, old stuff makes it in, but more often than not it was only recently uploaded to the chinese internet
