Native Spanish speaker here.

He does not appears to have an Mexican accent, but a Spanish accent, for example, when he says "tío", a word that is very used in Spain for refer to someone as "dude" or "pal" (depends on the context of the situation.)

Rough translation:

"I swear, I didn't do anything, dude."

"I swear, stop, i didn't do anything dude stop- (his left ear being cut while he's screaming)

"GOD! STOP I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING PLEASE"

"PLEASE I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING DUDE I DIDN'T DO (right ear being cut) ANYTHING"
