(Fake) When a man breathes, he pumps air into his head, causing the skin on his face to inflate like a balloon

Sorry to burst you guys' bubble, but the video is fake. There are many logistics to prove its fake, such as air would come out of his eye hole, or the fact that this is physically impossible. This was most likely made for some sory of movie, and there is just a rubber-like film over his eyes that is getting air pumped into it from the other side.

I'm not a doctor or anything, but by the looks of it, it's almost like a bone in the nasal cavity broke and is passing air into the head. The ballooned skin is mainly surrounding the eyes and forehead, so it makes me think of subcutaneous emphysema, which is the infiltration of air underneath the dermal layers of skin. However, the fact that it releases with each breath definitely confirms it is probably something fractured or fucked up with the nasal cavity. You'd think the skin is held against the bone of the skull, however I've seen surgeries and the face is pretty much just a glove on the skull. It makes me wonder if it actually hurts with each breath or just feels weird.

I want to believe it's fake, but I can imagine a smashed sinuses and swollen eye socket could make the skin somewhat air tight. The main issue I have is the skin being so loose like a mask, I've seen guys have their faces skinned and there's a ton of muscle, ligament and god knows what else holding your face on.

If skjn was this loose, it would flap around whenever you sneezed.
