The video was released in French by ISIS media channels in Wilayat al-Raqqa, and was titled ‘You Must Fight Them O Muwahhid (believer of Allah)'.

The video begins with a French Islamist song, and footage and images of past ISIS attacks across the world, including the attacks on Germany, Finland, Russia, the United States and France. The video focused mainly on “revenge” and called on ISIS sympathizers and supports in European countries to carry out attacks and suicide operations using either a knife or an improvised explosive device (IED).

A “spy” named ‘Abd Isma'il Muhammad ash-Shayk, 23, is forced to run for his life while wearing a backpack containing a bomb. He is alleged to have been working with the Kurdish PKK to carry out a car bomb attack on ISIS in Raqqa, and as he runs ISIS militants fire at his feet, then detonate the bomb.

Ninawa (Nineveh) province, Iraq

The Islamic State group has released a video showing five alleged "spies" being shot dead in Iraq by young men from a crowd assembled for the execution.

The 12-minute video released on social media on Wednesday mimics a participatory television show, in which members of the public are interviewed and invited to take part.

Produced by the group's branch in Nineveh province, of which Mosul is the capital, the video starts with footage of destruction it presents as the result of US-led air strikes against it. It also shows the bodies of dead children.

The video moves on to the "confessions" of five men from Mosul, detailing how they passed on intelligence on the activities and positions of the jihadists in Nineveh, most of which is still controlled by IS.

Five IS executioners are then shown standing behind the five accused in orange jumpsuits, holding knives. One fighter turns to the crowd: "O Muslims, who amongst you wants to get closer to God through these disbelieving apostates?"

Hands go up, he picks "volunteers" and the five IS fighters in combat gear are replaced by "civilians" to whom they give their handguns to shoot the accused in the back of the head.

Residents are subsequently interviewed about the group execution, with one saying he wished he had been selected to take part.

Four videos show Houthi rebels, who are battling both the government and al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP), being executed in different sickening scenarios in a desert location.

Six men were blown up by a rocket launcher, another six were put on a boat which was sent out to sea and exploded, four were obliterated by the mortar shells hung around their necks and nine were beheaded with sharp daggers.

The Houthis are a Shia Muslim group that has been battling al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) and the internationally-recognized Yemeni government. ISIS, who claim to be a Sunni group, see them as 'apostates' - or those who have abandoned Islam.

The video shows a member of ISIS preaching before a crowd of men and young boys who are gathered around the building in the ISIS-stronghold of Mosul in Iraq.

The extremist then tells them that the man has been found 'guilty' of being gay, which he claims means he should be sentenced to death under Sharia law.

The man plummets to his death following the 'trial' where he is accused of being gay. It comes after he was accused of 'corruption of thought' and 'homosexual acts' and the camera then pans to the top of the tall building.

The footage then shows a man perched on the edge of the roof with a group of ISIS members crowded around him. Suddenly one of the men pushes the victim, wearing a blue T-shirt, and he plummets to the ground.

The executioner then warns others not to take part in homosexual acts which he claims are 'forbidden in the caliphate'.
