BACKSTORY SUMMARY:
Katya (6 months old in the video) was born in April of 2020 in Karpinsk Russia and had been living off water and random scraps of food snuck to her by her elder brother. She was born from an affair the mother Yulia Zykova had with a married man, following a split with her husband.
37 years old Yulia already had a 12 year old son and did not want more children. She kept the birth of her daughter a secret, and originally planned to kill the baby outright; However ended up not being able to go through with it.
She instead thought maybe the baby would die from starvation if she left her alone in an unused room in her flat. No baby food, clothes, or cot were to be found in the home. Instead she kept the baby in a duffle bag inside of a wardrobe to muffle the baby girl's cries. Her son knew about the baby, but Yulia threatened him to not say a word about her to anyone.
The baby was found by accident during her son's 13th birthday party thrown at their home.
While having drinks with her friend, one of them asked why one of the rooms in her flat was always shut, to which Yulia replied it was only a storage room they never used. Another young woman who was there for the party also heard a very weak, muted cry, and asked Yulia about it, who replied, "I think it's just a doll there, it just cries by itself."
After a bit, one of Yulia's friends who went for a cigarette in the middle of the party decided to check the room after also hearing a cry. She opened the wardrobe, looked in the bag and found the nearly starved to death baby Katya.
Katya was airlifted 270 miles by helicopter to hospital in regional capital Yekaterinburg where she is now in intensive care and custody has been transferred to the guardianship authorities.
The mother has been detained and a criminal case opened by the Russian Investigative Committee into "torturing" the child, an offense punishable by up to seven years in jail.

I'm honestly not sure... It was either the person that found her or the officials that came later and took her. All of the sources I've read through say mostly the same thing and unfortunately none of them mention who specifically recorded the video.

I really hope you're kidding... A 6 month old baby is entirely different from an embryo. One is a child that has actually began to experience life. The other is a clump of incubated cells, incapable of thoughts or feelings. They are not the same, and it's not hypocritical for people to not want a living, breathing child to die and also be okay with terminating an early unwanted pregnancy, rather than bring an unwanted child into the world to suffer because they won't be provided for. I honestly don't know why this mother didn't get an abortion and instead opted to let this poor little girl suffer for 6 months, and possibly the rest of her life now depending on whether or not there was any permanent damage done to her body. There's also a lot of other reasons why abortions are medically necessary, including things like ectopic pregnancies, which could literally kill the mother if she doesn't terminate the pregnancy early enough. An abortion is a much less traumatic medical procedure on a person's body than a full term birth.

Most people are pro choice to a point, once the fetus gets to a certain stage is the problem. Partial birth abortion and aborting a baby that’s in the later stages of development or even full term is when it becomes an issue. I am joking up to that point. There were talks in D.C. about having a baby and discussing with the mother if she wanted a post birth abortion, that’s murder, same as throwing a baby in a dumpster.

Firstly, you are referring to a political term, not a medical one. "Partial-birth abortion" is nonsensical and extremely misleading. I can guarantee you won't find a real medical professional that uses the term in earnest. The phrase is generally used in politics to cast shadows of doubt over legitimate abortion procedures. "Partial-birth abortion" or "Post-birth abortion" in the way you are referring, (that way being - a full term baby being killed during or after their birth) would absolutely be infanticide, and is an example of fear mongering used by the media in an attempt to make people disregard arguments from other sides on the topic. Who would take a person that's willing to murder a baby seriously? I sure wouldn't.
However, contrary to what a lot of mainstream news outlets would have you believe, it's not like you walk on down to Ye Olde Abortion Shoppe and have them suck out your full term baby that you flippantly decided you no longer want - no questions asked. That WOULD be insane if that were how it worked; But it's not. Anytime somebody goes in for an abortion, they are evaluated first and foremost. They often do an ultrasound and look through any medical information sent over from your doctor and ask you multiple times if you understand everything completely, and are sure of your choice before going through with anything.
Majority of abortions in the US happen within the first 12 weeks of gestation. Abortions at or after 21 weeks are uncommon, and represent only 1% of all abortions. Fewer than 1 in 10 abortions occur between 13 and 20 weeks of pregnancy. Fewer than 1 in 100 abortions occur after 20 weeks of pregnancy.
I couldn't imagine any sane person advocating for people to have the right to abort/kill their full term, perfectly healthy baby during/after their birth. I would love to know which talks in D.C. you are referring to, because if it's not medically necessary, I have a hard time believing any doctor would be okay with providing said abortion, considering we already have laws in place that constitute such an act as murder (see first source link). Honestly, to me, this feels like one side's misinterpretation of a bill, which happens often; Twisting the wording in an attempt to invalidate the views of those who are pro-choice. But please feel free to prove me wrong by show me the statistics on all of those supposed post birth-abortions that everybody is getting/advocating for.

You said post 20wk abortions only account for 1/100 abortions, by 2020 statistics, that’s over 9000 babies. As I said, most people don’t care about abortion but for the demon rats to push so hard for it and celebrate it, is disgusting and just makes people push back harder against it. If you had actually read any of the sources I posted, you would have noticed that those 1/100 aren't just going in and getting 20+ week abortions for the fun of it... Those ones are generally due to severe health concerns of either the child or the mother. Sometimes you can't tell if a fetus is viable until that point because certain severe disabilities aren't noticeable before then. That doesn't make the people choosing to terminate those pregnancies disgusting immoral "demon rats."
