Minutes before this, the multiple officers there briefed each other about what was going on and where the partner would be sitting in the car. This dildo saw the handle of his partner's gun from ten feet away. With zero hesitation or thought he starts shooting and hits his partner eight times. He asked the shot cop if he was okay.
