The 16:55 is what I have. I'm pretty confident that it's the only one released. I can't recall any videos being released that have more footage after the car ride.
Sounds like people are mixing up two videos and attributing cherry picked moments into each. Halle* and NZ shootings are easy to mix up, both chuds in airsoft gear, edgy memes on black rifles, shaky FPVs.
Why would a longer cut with more violence get buried in favor of a shorter cut? Doesn't make much sense to me.

The full recording does exist, the only issue is that it's in the New Zealand Police Evidence Locker since that GoPro was likely only shut off after they arrested him.
Also, was he really wearing airsoft gear? He seemed to be really tired from carrying all that gear, was it seriously airsoft?

I don’t know if it was 16+ mins but it was long . He was in his car than tried to get in in front of a wooden door. I think he threw something over the wall than he went in and started shooting as people where running. He went back to his car and did some more shit. That was crazy.
