This is a great vid for demonstrating the pros and cons of dual-wielding pistols.

Yeah, seems to me that if you're going to be crazy enough to go somewhere and deliberately shoot someone you should be crazy enough to practice and practice some more until you're really quick and accurate and can put a full magazine within a 10 inch circle anywhere from 0 to 30 feet in under 10 seconds. (I don't know what criteria they use at pistol shooting competitions - I'm just making it up as I go along - point is, you'd want to be a damn good shot) At least if you're interested in getting the job done and getting out of your chosen attack site alive, that is. It's still crazy, though.

The video is unclear and the return fire from the guy was rapid. From a lot of different videos on here, the way the guy fell suddenly without trying to catch himself and the splatter of blood instead of an ooze indicated a headshot, although I suppose a shot in the neck through the spine might do it too.
