Btw, I'm old and this was in middle school. So that's how bad this shit fucks with you. DO NOT fuck around with your hearing please! (Yes I'm aware many times it's more obvious loud noises like guns etc. But that just makes people more complacent in their day to day thinking that's not what they deal with). Bottom line I'm equating your ear health with your normal bodily health. If weve learned anything on this site it's be aware of your surroundings because any random thing can run you over or fall on you. But PSA that also goes for your ear health (and while I've been not adversely affected, same with eye health).
