I've shot one before, not quite the same one, but close enough. It's great for target, but personally I prefer something with a bit more energy. 9mm can stop someone quickly if you get lucky with shot placement (As this guy did), but it just doesn't deliver the same force on impact as buckshot or .223 HP/Frangible
