Did he shoot the guy in the black jacket right before he got shot? It really looks like two people got shot here. Guy draws his pistol at about 0:34 seconds, kind of a strange decision IMO when he had a shotgun in his other hand, and the guy he shot had his own shotgun and pistol aimed at him.

Using the pistol might've been this guy's fatal mistake. If he popped the guy with the shotgun, the likelihood of him returning fire isn't... great. But he seems hopelessly outnumbered by armed men, surrounding him. Probably unwise for him to even engage here, he'd need a semi-automatic rifle at the least to effectively defend himself/his property here.

Yeah I think they both got shot.

Maybe he thought he could fire faster with the pistol, idk. Poor dude.

He could, yeah... semi-auto is obviously faster than pumping after each shot.

This was just an unwinnable situation for him up that close. Too many people, he's alone. Maybe if he sat back at a distance with a rifle in that tall grass, he could've done something...

But this is clearly a very emotional, hyped up situation, nobody is thinking clearly, the guy is probably scared that there's 5+ people with guns on him. Might have thought he could pop all 5 real fast with his pistol... when you're all amped up like that, and you're untrained, you'll make dumb moves like this. I wonder if he was the instigator of the dispute, or if he was the victim?

The word you´re looking for is "conflict".

War is generally defined as violent conflict between states or nations.

Would you say that every time you take a shower, you are experiencing "tiny rain"?

Ah yes, there’s a very angry man with a shotgun near me so I should get closer to him and antagonize him. What could possibly go wrong?

I think I’ve seen at least 3 videos where Indians kill each other over land disputes. I feel bad for the man for thinking he can point a gun at someone, not shoot first and then think he will get away with it.

Fun fact: "Point Blank range" actually extends considerably farther than people think, it actually refers to a shot taken at a distance where bullet drop isn't applicable, so it can be even past 45 meters.

PBR is not "up close and personal". It means when you have to start compensating because of bullet drop.

Shotguns in this case, might be accurate up to and above 125 yards / 115meter depending on what ammo was used.

So when you use a title that states "Near PBR" it makes me believe that you think PBR means muzzle-contact which is completely wrong..
