This mad old, it happened in Chicago on 51st and Cottage around 2018.

The shooters were THF Fat Shorty (all but confirmed) and possibly THF Gino. The men killed were SKD Hell Rell (green jacket) and SKD Booda (bleach jeans). Old man at the top of screen was hit in leg and survived after playing dead, and the guy in black hoodie (name is Nick Nitti) also survived but with unknown injuries. This video went all over the place in Chiraq circles back then. The incident is believed to have occurred after THF Bob-O was killed after leaving court by another set called 051, and so THF shooters slid out into 051 territory. They were of course looking for 051 members but found SKD instead (a different gang hooked up with 051) and either mistook them for 051 or decided to just say fuck it and hit them up anyway.
