I want to add something: before Gleb shoots himself, he says "Nya, Poka!" (nya goodbye). This is a reference to Rina Palenkova, who died in 2015 and her last message on VK was a picture around train and the message "Nya. Poka.". It was a sad "meme" back then. And became a phase that relates to suicide.

"Roskomnadzor" being russian netslang for 'suicide' given that the Roskomnadzor is a federal entity in Russia that regulates internet content. Given that 'suicide' is banned from russian search engines, they just adopted that moniker instead, much to the chagrin of the federal entity, lolz.
(The 'grub' part was due to a previous thread of them discussing if Gleb korabled himself due to a small penis. Russians, eh?)

I feel bad for these people, because I've been used, cheated on, thrown under the bus, and overall just treated like shit by a lot of people I really cared about. So I can only imagine what goes through these peoples' heads, sometimes feeling like a burden to people and just feeling like it's sometimes not worth it.
It's always bothered me as some people have said things like "why don't you seek help" or "why don't you see a therapist", and questions like that. Why do I need to be the one seeing a therapist? I'm already big-hearted, I already do a lot for people, and I already am the best person I can be. It's not my fault when other people act like assholes. If anything, they should be the ones seeking help.
Besides, even if I did, it's not like that would people around me stop treating me like shit. Like they're going to continue regardless. Me going to a therapist isn't going to change that.

It’s not so hard to keep looking for better people to hang out with, people who know you’re worth. I do think therapists help tho. It’s helped me with some things, it will help you realize things about yourself. I can’t make u do it but I can offer you this advice, look for the right people to be around. People that see something in you, that believe in you and care about you. There is people out there, trust me.

1: That is true but it really shouldn't be the norm. People being "excused" or "grieved over" by randoms on the internet because of looks can be best shown as downright stupid in cases such as that of Cameron herring (18 year old who killed a mother and her 1 year old daughter due to speeding, and people thought a 24 year sentence was "too harsh" for him. People on tiktok even attempted to try and overturn his sentence solely because he was too attractive to go to jail [common tiktok retardation])
