I feel bad for these people, because I've been used, cheated on, thrown under the bus, and overall just treated like shit by a lot of people I really cared about. So I can only imagine what goes through these peoples' heads, sometimes feeling like a burden to people and just feeling like it's sometimes not worth it.

It's always bothered me as some people have said things like "why don't you seek help" or "why don't you see a therapist", and questions like that. Why do I need to be the one seeing a therapist? I'm already big-hearted, I already do a lot for people, and I already am the best person I can be. It's not my fault when other people act like assholes. If anything, they should be the ones seeking help.

Besides, even if I did, it's not like that would people around me stop treating me like shit. Like they're going to continue regardless. Me going to a therapist isn't going to change that.

The kicker that stops a lot of depressed people from getting help is that it’s hard to take steps to actively take care of someone you hate.

I know how you feel. I have been abandoned by those that I thought were my "friends" too, so, I know exactly what you're talking about, I don't see life as worthy of living a lot too. But, we will both try to make it through, one step at a time.

I completely resonate with all this. And you're so right, I mean, one can go and receive all the therapy in the world, but in the end, when people are still hellbent on being the worst versions of themselves, treating you, eachother, like shit; how's it going to be of any significant use?

It shouldn't come as a surprise of how easily susceptible anyone person can be regarding the sinister fixation upon suicide; specifically when one's always geniunely empathetic and considerate (as much as they can be) devoid of any ulterior motives, all the while, a staggeringly large sum -seemingly the majority- are only looking for opportunities to take advantage of such people.

I won't even get started on the aspect of almost ALWAYS feeling like a burden; though, I will say, I definitely get it... Man, do I fucking get it.

With all that said, I hope you and whomever else that may be reading this, can continue to rise above all the inconsideration, and thoughtless cruelty this world's rife with.

I really like to imagine the guy in the video was a really cool dude, who was just pushed to his limits by everyone around him.

It’s not so hard to keep looking for better people to hang out with, people who know you’re worth. I do think therapists help tho. It’s helped me with some things, it will help you realize things about yourself. I can’t make u do it but I can offer you this advice, look for the right people to be around. People that see something in you, that believe in you and care about you. There is people out there, trust me.

You going to a Therapist is about

personal growth and self reflection.

It's about coping skills and learning how to

set healthy boundaries in your life to

prevent some shitty person(s) from hurting

you any further.

It's about learning how to say "No" to toxicity,

and it's about saying "Yes" to your personal happiness, goals, and loved ones.

Most importantly, it's about HEALING.

By all means, don't seek therapy if you're absolutely dead set against it, but always remember that you have the option for growth and personal enlightenment through therapy, and that there's absolutely NOTHING

wrong with counseling and treatment from a caring professional in this day and age.

-Be Well and God Bless🕯
