I’m no expert on human anatomy but can anyone explain why she isn’t violently bleeding? did the train move so fast that it cauterized the wound?

Cauterization is the result of burning your bleeding shut, like with a hot piece of metal, soldering iron or lightsabre, so I doubt this is the case.
The massive weight of the train might've been able to compress the bleeding, and/or she might've recieved some kind of care that we didn't see in the video.

The first thing I would do was tear off something and put a tourniquet on both of her legs.
