I created this using Topaz Labs Video Enhance (Free edition so there's a dumb watermark)
This is supposed to be 720P upscaled + 60 FPS.

In this rendition, I upscaled using a website called Aimages, and then I interpolated the frames to 90 fps (Prob not much difference in terms of looks compared to 60 fps)

I have an idea, so you use the uncropped one and then enchane it with topaz, maybe the watermark will appear below the video and then you crop it. (if the watermark is still blocking the video, congratulations you failed)

I tried, and it didn't work like it normally does. It was a little bit of an improvement. It also took two hours to render because the video size was like 720x6000 upscaled.
