This is what I heard during the moments before, during and after his death. (R=Ronnie) (EG=Ex Girlfriend) (C=Cop) (SC?= Shorts Cop?)
R: Even my own mother! Oh, mama I know you’re listening, you’re watching because it’s too much of a good show. But… you didn’t even reach out when I needed you.
(Ringtone)
R: You didn’t even reach out. Now all of a sudden you’re saying that I’m important. Now all of a sudden people are saying that I’m… significant and everyone wants to act like I have some sort of… value. Nobody’s treating me like unintelligible Every single one of you.
R: Bud, what about you, man? Like, you wanna keep messaging me. Bud, what about the time whenever I tried to work for you at Best Buy, you remember that? You remember that, man? I’m one of the best damn managers you’ll get to know, man. One of the best damn managers in unintelligible And you wouldn’t even give me the time today. Wouldn’t even give me the time today. So yeah, you wanna like, bring up that I convinced you about managers and “Here you are, man.” Like. You wouldn’t even- you wouldn’t even give me the chance. Wouldn’t even give me the chance. I want feedback. Like, I know how good I am. I know how good I am, Bud. I’m good. When it comes to management, I’m good, man. You can ask Jason Frische, you can ask Robert Brine, you can ask Johnny Lassiter even though he’ll probably tell you that- I couldn’t deal with his bullshit, but, y’know. At the end of the day I’m good. I’m good when it comes to management. But yeah, you wanna message me and say I convinced you about management? But yeah you don’t want to like actually give me a shot to show you how good I am. I tell you what, somebody called the cops on me and tell them like, they want Autumn Russell to call me. Like, I will walk out of here right now. Yeah kid it’s funny when like whenever somebody’s reached the end of the road all of a sudden you’re sorry. I don’t even know how you people keep trying to call me. Be real.(?)
(Ronnie picks up his phone)
R: Yeah, you want to talk to me now?
(Ringtone)
EG: I have… People… Constantly antagonizing me! unintelligible
R: Mhm, mhm, yeah, you want to talk to me now?
EG: Bye!
R: Oh, that’s the way you’re gonna be? Hey guys, I guess that’s it. (Ronnie puts the barrel to his chin and pulls the trigger, blowing his face to bits. His phone rings right when he pulls the trigger.)
(The door slams open)
C: Sheriff’s office!
SC?: Goddamn…
(Cops talking over each other)
C: Turn off his computer.
(Shorts Cop enters the view)
C: Yeah, he killed himself.
SC?: What’s up, Billy?
C: Someone at Lowe’s(?)
(The stream ends)

I'm pretty sure the last call he takes is his girlfriend, and whatever she says doesn't warrant a positive response from him.
At this point his suicide was a given, he was just waiting for that final piece to fall into place.
I always found his ringtone strangely poetic to the whole scene; people trying to get hold of him make it feel like some joyous soundtrack to the man's demise.
