That is NOT China. The signs are in English. The license plates on cars are big and white, not the small, yellow ones they use in UK and China. A lot of the vehicles are SUVs and their makes/models are the ones sold in the West. The big sign at the end of the video says Chelsea Market. China doesn't have clean, organized and wide streets with sidewalks except in the main tourist areas of Shanghai and Beijing. This is in New Delhi, India. Just kidding, it's Chinatown in NEW YORK CITY.
