#1 humans on average have a hard time judging time and our understanding of time is very limited. Because of this limited knowledge and experience with time for most of us .3 of a second would feel almost the same as .5 of a second. A millisecond of pain or .001 of a second we wouldn't have the time (yes pun intended) to register that pain. With all that in mind #2 it takes time for our nerve receptors and the ol factory system to send signals and receive them to the brain notifying the brain something along the lines of, "Holy fucking shit CODE OUCHIE CODE OUCHIE" or if the pain is to intense it's signal would simply be, "SLEEP MODE" The brain is the most intricate and amazing computer we have ever known and we still and probably never will map the entire system. However as amazing as the brain is it has limitations. signals and receptors cannot be sent out instantaneously and because of that limitation, his organs were most likely liquefied on impact therefore not allowing any signals (if transmitted) to register.
TLDR No fucking way.
