It's a dick move when people jump in front of someone driving a truck, or get police to shoot them or whatever, but suicides like this are more impressive than anything and I think they deserve praise. Yes “ simply” cause of death was decapitation, naturally, but asphyxiation, hypoxia, and ischemia are all tagging along for the double bounce off the sidewalk and the specific reasons for death

yes and no, of the above asphyxiation is the least apparent…. But by its technical description its a condition of deficient supply of oxygen to the body which arises from abnormal breathing…. Which definitely results when your numb skull is brutally separated from your shoulders 🤪🤪…. To be fair he was likely dead before his body would asphyxiate, and definitely like you said more so due to said lack of a head.

There was quite a bit of study on the proper height of hangings, I think the Brits did studies to come up with proper distances.
