I had a friend who put himself into permanent cyclic psychosis bc of acid. He would be normal for a while and then out of the blue be in an episode with no trigger. He was 19 at its peak and when he finally lost it. He would tear his house apart. The lights pulled out of the walls and ceiling, the mirrors would be smashed or covered in the garage to hide cameras. The sinks would be taken apart for bugs and the beds would be torn apart for mics too. He fought that battle for a few years before blowing his head off with a shotgun right after he told his mom what he wanted for dinner. He was normal and then he looked tired suddenly so she told him to rest. I can’t imagine the thoughts going through his head as he went down those stairs one last time. He was so paranoid and scared. This video reminded me of how his closest friends said he would act in a more mild episode. The constant over the shoulder checks and nervous breathing. I never personally saw him have an episode and I’m glad I never did.

Tbh hanging seems to be the way to go. Just don't hang yourself in a way where your head is supporting your whole body. Lay down like this guy. Be comfy. Then it's just like going to sweet, sexy sleep.

The carbon dioxide in your blood will be very definitely not comfy as it gives you an uncontrollable panicked urge to breathe, heightened by the brief spike in oxygen and blood pressure in your brain as veins in your neck are constricted.
