"The tragedy in the Voronezh microdistrict of Shilovo occurred around 17:00 on February 4, 2021. A resident of one of the houses located on Ostrogozhskaya Street (Zvezdny residential complex) went out for a walk with her infant son in a stroller. According to various sources, the child was 5-6 months old. At the moment when the woman was passing near the house, a young man fell out of the window of a high-rise building. The footage shows that the mother with the baby came out of the entrance a few minutes before the tragedy."

"The child was given emergency medical care, however, despite the resuscitation measures carried out, it was not possible to save the baby. A 20-year–old man died from his injuries at the scene," the press service of the Investigative Department of the RF IC in the Voronezh Region reported. "The woman was given sedative injections - she was in a state of shock."

The regional prosecutor's office told about the identity of the young man who fell out of the window. It turned out that the guy was a student at a local college: "A 20-year-old student of the Voronezh State Industrial and Humanitarian College fell from a 17-storey apartment building onto the roadway."

According to neighbors, there was one more child left in the family of the deceased baby - a five-year-old boy. And the mother and her sons came to Ostrogozhskaya to visit their parents. On the day of the tragedy, the woman decided to take a walk with the children. However, the eldest child allegedly did not want to go outside, so he stayed with his grandmother.

At the same time, eyewitnesses said that the young man who fell on the wheelchair lived on the 9th floor and was quiet. From time to time he was seen with a girl. On the day of the incident, the guy behaved inappropriately, neighbors say. Leaning out of the window at around 15:00, he allegedly shouted: "Take my heart, take my soul," and at 17:00 a tragedy had already occurred, RIA "Voronezh" reports.

In one of the groups of Voronezh residents in VKontakte social network, a publication appeared that the father of the deceased boy asked the administrator to delete all posts related to this topic. It is reported that the man works as a trucker, and at the time of the tragedy was on a flight. The publication also says that the child's mother is "on the verge".
