its a known side effect of inhaling random chemicals. "compressed air" is just "whatever gas is cheapest currently", which dosent necessarily mean a natural gas, and usually means the runoff gasses of whatever the company makes. the vocal effect is not from a specific chemical, but rather from inhaling any gas heavier than normal air in high concentrations. since said gas is heavier than air, and your lungs arent really equipped to pump it out properly, taking quick consecutive hits like this can lead to your lungs being filled with unusable gas and suffocating you. he should have at least taken a minute or two to breath between hits.

You don't die THAT quickly. But you do 'shutdown' instantly. Unconscious, barely any brain activity, etc. So you're still 'alive', in the sense that your heart and brain haven't stopped fully working.

I'd go the illegal route and take XTC for around 5 euros it is here. Never done it though because there is also bad pills out there that could kill you but at this point I think it is more popular here than alcohol on some parties. Cheap, relatively safe if you know a good dealer you can trust and where I live it is really easy to get. Still what the youth use most here is N2O and even though that is relatively safe they say there is a chance you get an acute B12 deficiency that can fuck up your whole nervous system and even make you paralysed for life but it is legal as of now so it's the choice of most youth here.

Regardless of how much money you have, some people just have really fucked up lives and need an escape. For some it's games or a sport, for others its this. It's unfortunate but it's the reality of things. Also, alot of the u.s is poor, like paycheck to paycheck poor so activities like skiing or vacationing aren't super realistic unless you come from a family of wealth. If you ever decide to migrate from your country, DONT come to the u.s. it's terrible here. Go to Sweden or something

Computer duster is an NMDA receptor antagonist, typically in the class of halogenated alkanes or straight alkanes (so a dissociative). So basically an easily liquifiable gas that doesn’t contain any moisture. It’s a cheap high with a legitimate industrial/consumer use. Just like butane as a lighter refill.
