A man is filmed on a rooftop setting off fireworks, causing car alarms to go off in the car park below.
He eventually sits on the edge of the building and shoots himself under the chin with what looks like a flare gun, (lots of smoke), before falling to the ground.
I got this years ago, (from Prochan before it went offline), but unfortunately there was no story to go with the video.

Background:
Cerna was stopped by Sheriff's Deputy Michael Parham for a traffic violation on December 19, 2003. He attempted to escape in his car and then later on foot. During the pursuit, he shot Parham twice in the abdomen, but the wound was not fatal. Cerna was arrested shortly afterward. The San Bernardino Police, the County Sheriff's Department, and the California Highway Patrol were all involved in the chase, but during his apprehension, no one ensured he was properly searched.[3][4]
Video surveillance footage showed that Cerna entered the interrogation room and asked head of homicide investigation Officer Bobby Dean for a bottle of water. When Cerna received the water, he started drinking and Dean walked out of the room. Now alone, Cerna reached under his pants and retrieved a .45-caliber handgun that he had concealed. He then put the gun up to his head and shot himself in the left temple.[5] Cerna died on the scene.[1]
The County Sheriff's Department showed the security camera footage to the media the next day. To avoid sensationalism, only a limited number of selected reporters were permitted for viewing. Although the police tried to control access, the footage was leaked.

A 20-year-old man filmed himself killing his baby daughter in an abandoned hotel in Thailand while streaming the incident live on Facebook, before taking his own life.
The horrific footage โ posted in two videos that lasted over four minutes โ remained accessible on the manโs Facebook page for almost 24 hours.
The crime took place Monday on the island of Phuket, and the alarm was raised by the babyโs mother who contacted police to say her boyfriend had posted a video on his Facebook page which showed him tying a noose around his daughterโs neck before lowering her body over the edge of the third floor of the abandoned hotel.
โYou can hear the girl crying [on the video] and finally the crying stops. Then he pulls her up onto the rooftop and unties the rope from her neck,โ a local police officer said Tuesday, describing the contents of the videos.
โThis is an appalling incident and our hearts go out to the family of the victim,โ a Facebook spokesman told. โThere is absolutely no place for content of this kind on Facebook and it has now been removed.โ
Facebook took down the videos following a request from Thailandโs ministry of digital economy. โWe contacted Facebook today and Facebook removed the videos,โ a spokesman said.
The ministry added it will not be taking any action against the company. โWe will not be able to press charges against Facebook, because Facebook is the service provider and they acted according to their protocol when we sent our request. They cooperated very well.โ
However because the clip was available online for so long, it has been widely shared on social media in Thailand โ one TV station even broadcast the clip. While it blurred the faces of those involved, this decision was strongly criticized.
The man had an argument with his girlfriend in the early hours of Monday morning, threatening to kill her because he believed she was having an affair.
She then fled the house, but when she returned on Monday afternoon, he left with the child, saying he would be home later. Soon after, the video footage was posted on Facebook.
Facebook is still reeling from a controversy earlier this month when footage of Steve Stephens killing Robert Godwin in Cleveland on Easter Sunday was posted to the social network and remained there for hours before finally being taken down.
At the time Facebook said it was โconstantly exploring ways that new technologies can help us make sure Facebook is a safe environment.โ

Context available [copied from original Livegore post]:
After he had finished speaking and handing out the notes to his staffers, Dwyer then produced a manila envelope with a Model 19 .357 Magnum revolver in it. When the crowd in the room saw what Dwyer had pulled out of the envelope, the mood changed immediately from one of waiting to see whether he would resign his office to one of panic as nobody knew what he was planning to do with the gun. People gasped, and Dwyer backed up against the wall, holding the weapon close to his body. Dwyer calmly stated to his audience, "Please, please leave the room if this will ... if this will affect you."
Some people in the room left to call for help. Among those who stayed, some pleaded with Dwyer to surrender the gun while others tried to approach him and seize the weapon. Dwyer warned against either action, exclaiming in his final words, "Don't, don't, don't, this will hurt someone." Just seconds later, Dwyer quickly fired one shot through the roof of his mouth and into his brain, and collapsed to the floor, dead. Five news cameras recorded the events. One of the cameras remained focused on Dwyer and captured close-up footage of the aftermath of the shooting; as his body slumped, blood streamed from the exit wound in the back of his head as well as from his nostrils and mouth. He died instantly from the gunshot shortly before 11:00 a.m. EST but was not pronounced dead until 11:31 a.m. An aide later stated that Dwyer's corneas were made available for transplant per his organ donation wishes, but that no other organs were usable by the time his body reached a hospital.
