Found “not responsible by reason of mental disease or defect” on one count of murder and 23 assault charges.

For anyone whose not subscribed to NYT. They're also apparently trying to make false claims he was high on marijuana laced with PCP. I hate it when people take advantage of a system set up for those truly out of touch with reality .. he's obviously not fit for society at all
