According to initial information, at around 7:30 a.nm. the same day, driver Tran Thanh Sang (28 years old, residing in Vinh Trung commune, Tinh Bien district, An Giang province) drove a truck on National Highway 50 from My Tho city to Go Cong city, Tien Giang. When reaching the section in An Thanh Thuy commune, Cho Gao district, driver Sang drove the truck into provincial road 877B and collided with an electric bicycle driven by a girl in the same direction. The collision caused the qirl to fall onto the road and was run over by the truck, killing her on the spot. The entire incident was recorded by a security camera.
