I looked it up and the motorcyclist died, he was a Navy service member. It is said that she cut him off at one point, the two then argued. They flipped each other off and he kicked her car so hard he left a dent in her vehicle. The woman driving is Darla Renee Jackson and she's been since charged with voluntary manslaughter and got 6 years in prison, she pleaded guilty.
Her reasoning was that she was only trying to get his license plate. According to her she sped up too fast and he slowed down resulted in this accident occuring. She expressed that she deeply regrets this so much and wish she hadn't been so negligent and that she shouldn't have let her own pride get the best of her.
Idk about y'all but it looks a lot like it was deliberate. But hey that's just my judgement. Eh, but then again you do see him slow down before getting hit.
