I have a lot of friends like this. I don’t group them in the same level as homeless as the people in camps. Those are dirty kids/travelers and the others are what they call home bums.
The travelers aren’t the ones hotwiring light poles to get electricity and fucking up the city like the tweeker honebums.

Okay, firstly, your argument of “crazy person vs hate crime” is a moot point. They’re essentially the same by that basis of analysis with the nature & look of the incident, especially considering that they were implicitly warned of a pre-meditated attack. Secondly, it’s so obvious that they’re immigrants waiting to get picked up, they’re not a herd of animals that travel in flocks and just so happened to “stop for a break”. Additionally, it’s probably a famous spot for them to get picked up considering that both they were warned, and it’s literally out in the open and not in some back alley of town.
