I think the driver was drunk, as most drivers in those areas are (russia and ex-soviet states. The camera says "cam_krk ru" at the start, and the watermark has some cyrillic writing.)
Everything they did after the crash indicates heavy intoxication.

I had a friend from Krasnoyarsk and I’ve come to the conclusion that the people from that city generally don’t have the smart genes. A lot of the crazy Russian videos are from this area. Apparently there’s a lot of industrial pollution and conspiracy theorist alt right presence there.
