Female motorcyclist was crushed under the wheels of a speeding truck. Her heart jumped out of her body. A prompt witness recorded it on video just seconds after the accident. Her heart was still beating.

A serious traffic accident occurred again in a place in Indonesia. a motorcycle accelerated to a large truck. And did not observe the road conditions ahead and intended to overtake the truck. As a result, when the truck was avoiding the vehicle in front, the motorcyclist was not in a hurry to avoid it, causing the motorcycle to lose control. As a result, the vehicle lost control and went directly under the truck.

Ethiopian Airlines Flight 961 was hijacked in November 1996 by 3 men en route to Australia. They threatened to detonate a bomb. Ignoring fuel warnings, they forced the plane to the Comoros Islands, where it crashed into the Ocean, killing 125 of the 175 people on board.

Video footage captures the tragic 2015 Shoreham Airshow accident that claimed the lives of 11 individuals. Astonishingly, the pilot managed to survive the incident.

On April 29, 2013, a National Airlines cargo plane, operating as Flight 102, crashed shortly after takeoff from Bagram Airfield in Afghanistan. The tragic incident claimed the lives of all 7 crew members aboard the aircraft.

In 1989, a devastating incident occurred when United Airlines Flight 232 crash-landed following a catastrophic failure of its tail-mounted engine. The flight carried 296 passengers and crew members, and sadly, 112 of them lost their lives in the tragic accident.

Aeroflot Flight 1492 crashed in May 2019, bursting into flames after a hard landing caused by an electrical failure. The fire, which originated from the rear, led to the death of 41 out of 78 passengers.

11 years old girl identified as Nastya Chervyakova was on a bicycle trip with (presumably) her dad.

When they were leaving a gas station, they stopped next to Kamaz truck driven by 58 years old man.

When Kamaz started driving forward, Nastya hit a curb and fell under its wheels. She died on spot.

Today we are covering car crashes, these are some of the leading causes of car crashes:

• speeding

• distracted driving (on phone, looking for something, doing makeup)

• DUI or driving when tired/mentally impaired

• road conditions and weather

• reckless driving

• tailgating and bumper-to-bumper traffic

• failure to check blind spots

• inexperienced drivers (teens)

Statistically speaking, among any other age group, teens aged 16-19 are at higher risk for crashing and are 3x more likely to get into a fatal crash [1]

Driving Under the Influence

Javier Caldera (driver that caused the accident) slammed into Janet Genao's nissan at over a 100mph, Genao was pronounced dead at the scene and a few other drivers were injured. Caldera was sentenced and is currently serving time for second degree murder

Driving under the influence includes "A first-offense DUI or DWI is classified as a misdemeanor and punishable by no more than six months or a year in jail"[4]. An alcohol DUI is classified as observed visual impairments or unlawful blood alcohol or breath alcohol level of .08 or above. DUI cases are mostly settled with fines ranging from $500-$2000, varying from state to state. "Fines for subsequent offenses and DUI's involving aggravating factors can go well up into the thousands" [4].

Driving under the influence includes the intoxication from:

• alcoholic beverages

• chemical substances (drugs)

• controlled substances (prescription drugs)

DWI vs DUI

In some states, a DWI and DUI are considered the same thing, but in others, it could mean separate things. The main difference between them is the level of intoxication. DWI's have more serious charges than DUI's. You are more likely to be charged with a DWI if your BAC is 0.08 or higher, in some states they may lessen your charge to a DUI if your BAC is 0.07 or lower. Unfortunately, it's hard to find a definitive difference as it varies from state to state. In states that don't use DWI, the standard maximum BAC is 0.08.

DWI: driving while intoxicated

DUI: driving under the influence/impaired

BAC: blood alcohol content/breath alcohol content

Subsequent offenses: being charged with a crime and has been previously convicted of the same or similar crime, one or more times

According to ABC&: Two people are dead, and one person is in critical condition after a white Chrysler struck a parked oil tank in the Bronx Sunday morning, police say. The two victims of the fatal crash were a 21 and a 15yr old. The 21yr old male was pronounced dead on the scene, and the 15yr old female was taken to a hospital where she was pronounced dead. The crash happened a little after 3 a.m. at Bryant Avenue and Viele Avenue at the Hunts Point section of the Bronx Sunday. A third passenger, a 17yr old female, is in the hospital in critical condition. The 23yr old male driver is also hospitalized but in stable condition.

Reckless driving is considered a misdemeanor criminal offense with fines from $50-$1000 and jail time of up to 90 days to a year. Driving with a suspended or revoked license is deemed as a 2nd-degree misdemeanor but can quickly turn into a felony if fatalities are involved. If you fatally kill someone in a reckless driving accident, this is considered a Class 6 felony and carries jail time of up to 12 months to 5 years, with fines not to exceed $2500.

Street racing is a serious offense even if no deaths are involved if someone is injured by a street/drag race incident, that is a Class 6 felony and is punishable by up to 12 months to 5 years. Now, if a victim dies due to a street/drag race, this is a separate felony offense that is punishable with a mandatory 1-year sentence but can go up to 20 years.

Porsche Girl; Nicole "Nikki" Catsouras

On Halloween 2006, 18yr old Nicole Catsouras argued with her father, Christos Catsouras, because she was smoking which was forbidden in their house. Her dad ended up confiscating her car keys, but being a her rebellious teen self, Nikki Catsouras stole the keys to his Porsche 911 Carrera and took it on a high-speed joyride, hitting speeds over 100 miles per hour. She glanced off at a Honda that was traveling down the same highway at 70 mph, nearly killing its occupants. That was enough to make her lose control. She left the road at an insane speed and collided with a concrete toll booth where she was killed instantly

CHP Officers Aaron Reich and Thomas O'Donnell released the photos of Nikki which would later go viral labeling her as "Porsche Girl". Her parents were relentlessly harassed after what happened with people making fun of and taunting Nikki and the situation and repeatedly sending them photos of the scene.

In a tragic incident that occurred in Astua Pirie, Cariari, Limón, one person lost their life and another was seriously injured after being run over by a vehicle around 8:00 p.m.

The victims, two men who were walking together on the side of the road, were abruptly hit by the car, according to witnesses of the incident.

Elderly man tried get onto a bus on Pobedy Street in Klin.

While walking towards the vehicle, he lost his ballance and fell down in front of the bus.

The driver didn't notice anything, nor any of the passenger tried to warn him that there is a person lying on the street.

Bus started to drive forward and crushed the pensioners head, killing him on spot.

The driver still didn't notice anything on continued on his route as usual. He was apprehended shortly after.

HIDALGO, MEXICO

A devastating incident occurred at Aragón station in Nopala de Villagrán. A woman was fatally struck by the International Empress 2816 steam train as it passed through the station. Dozens had gathered to witness the historic locomotive, taking videos and photos. Despite warnings from security personnel to maintain a safe distance, the victim approached the tracks, attempting to capture a closer shot.

The train struck her in the back of the head, causing instant fatal injuries. Witnesses rushed to assist, but it was too late. Police evacuated the area, and forensic personnel took over. The incident highlights the importance of adhering to safety guidelines and precautions during public events.

CAUCA, COLOMBIA

A tragic accident occurred in Cauca, resulting in the deaths of two minors. The victims were practicing "gravity biking," a high-speed downhill cycling activity, on the Popayán-El Tambo highway. While navigating a curve, one of the riders collided with a truck, causing the fatal crash.

Two other riders involved in the accident suffered severe injuries and were rushed to the Hospital in Popayán. They underwent surgery and remain in critical condition. On October 26, 2023, Two teens, Jesus Ayala (18) and Jzamir Keys (16), recorded themselves deliberately mowing down retired police chief Andreas Probst (64) during his daily morning bike ride, killing him. "I'll be out in 30 days, I'll bet you." And "It's just hit and run, slap on the wrist." Is what Ayala reportedly told cops as he was being arrested, expecting to be tried as a juvenile.
