Today, a video captured by security cameras went viral on social networks showing the homicide of a man in the Barrio Yungay sector, in the commune of Santiago, Metropolitan Region.

The incident took place on Libertad Street yesterday, on Wednesday. The victim was a Peruvian citizen who was visiting the country.

In the images recorded by the security cameras in the area, it is observed how an individual in a red sweatshirt approaches the victim and threatens him with a firearm. Although there is no resistance from the man, who hands over his belongings almost instantly, the aggressor shoots him before fleeing the scene.

A double homicide was recorded on Thursday morning (2) at a gas station in a rural area of Dom Expedito Lopes, Piauí state, Brazil.

According to the police, two criminals were chasing a man, who had a criminal history for drug trafficking, from Picos, 27 km from the town. When they arrived at the gas station, they saw a man placing an order at the establishment's convenience store and mistook him for the criminal they wanted to kill.

One of the criminals entered the snack bar and shot the man, identified as ambulance driver Fabricio Barbosa Araújo, in the head, killing him instantly. When he came out, he spotted the real target and shot him too, fleeing with his partner soon after.

In the image from a surveillance camera, at 7:53 pm, you can see the moment when the Police Officer approached the vehicle where his wife's lover was. He shoots twice at the man who was in the driver's seat, then points the gun at his wife and shoots her twice more in the back, who falls to the ground.

Manaus – An unidentified man was brutally shot dead in the early hours of this Sunday (28), at the entrance to Condomínio Vida Nova, in the Lagoa Azul neighborhood, in the north of Manaus. According to police information, the victim, who appeared to be around 25 years old, was on the street when he was surprised by armed men who shot him several times. According to preliminary investigations, the young man had no chance to defend himself and was shot approximately 11 times. After the execution, the criminals fled the scene without leaving any traces.

The Military Police were called and isolated the crime area. Experts from the Technical-Scientific Police Department (DPTC) carried out the investigation at the scene and confirmed the number of detonated capsules. The victim's body was removed by the Legal Medical Institute (IML). The police have not yet released information about the possible motivation for the crime and are still searching for the perpetrators. The case will be investigated by the Specialized Homicide and Kidnapping Police Station (DEHS).

Man lost 2 arms by stupid mistake

Kaique was murdered upon disembarking at the Parauapebas bus terminal , on February 27th of this year. He was 24 years old and worked at a private school in the city.

According to the Pará police, the teacher was near an ATM when a man approached and fired several shots at him.

Investigations showed that the person arrested this Friday is suspected of being the person who appears in the images recorded by the terminal's monitoring camera . The record shows the moment the victim is shot.

After the arrest, the police reported that they are continuing with investigations to discover the motivation for the crime.

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (CBS DETROIT) - On Monday, Southfield police released surveillance video and announced charges against a man who is accused of shooting a Chipotle employee on Friday.

Southfield Police Chief Elvin Barren said 32-year-old Aaron Brown got into an argument with a store employee over a portion of guacamole that was not to his liking.

Chief Barren said Brown can be seen in surveillance video arguing with a store employee right before the employee was taken to the back of the store after Brown screamed at her.

That's when Barren said Brown walked behind the counter and served his own food.

"He had in his mind already that he was going to have some conflict; you seen it play out yourselves, going behind the counter and serving his own food," Chief Barren said.

A 21-year-old store employee then confronted Brown and tried to remove him from the store.

"Then he immediately grabs him by the neck and slams him into the refrigerator. Certainly, he is much bigger than the 21-year-old victim," Barren said. "But the coward that he is, he pulls out a handgun and shoots him, so it makes no sense, and we will hold him accountable," Chief Barren added.

In the surveillance video, customers can be seen running after Brown allegedly shoots the employee in the leg.

"This happens right across the street from the police station, so what's the nerve in that, and you think you're going to get away with it," Barren said.

Brown was arrested a few minutes later, less than a mile away. The police also released a video of the arrest without incident. Brown is now behind bars and facing four felonies, including assault less than murder.

The Chipotle employee is expected to make a full recovery.

Barren said he commends the customers inside the store and the store employees for their bravery.

"I appreciate the individuals who were inside the restaurant because they immediately called 911; some of them pulled their cell phones out and started taking video of the incident so we would have something right away," he said.
