At about 11 p.m. on May 16, Mr. Pham Xuan M (born 1989, residing in Huong Vinh commune, Huong Khe, Ha Tinh province) drove a motorbike with registration number 38H4-8801 on Phan Dinh Phung street towards the shore of Binh Son lake. Huong Khe District Medical Center.The man driving the motorbike crashed into a railway guardrail and fell to the road and died later.
When reaching the section of Residential Group 9, Huong Khe town collided with the North-South railway barrier at Km 385+300 in Huong Khe town.
The strong impact caused Mr. M and his motorbike to fall onto the road. The victim was quickly taken to the District Medical Center for emergency treatment by Huong Khe Town Police in coordination with the people, but died later.

Another social media account, @hadiadi, said that at the time of the incident he and his colleague saw that the Pick Up driver was not moving in his vehicle.

Either driver or passenger were ejected from the vehicle (it was not specified).
Car driver died on spot. His passenger was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
Truck driver was not injured.
