60-year-old Pratap Singh attacked 85-year-old Kalkibai Gameti with an umbrella. The woman was killed in this attack. The old man was probably under the influence of alcohol and had hallucinations when he met the woman.

A senior police officer said, “The accused started seeing himself as an avatar of Lord Shiva and believed that he would kill the woman and bring her back to life.

This video was taken by bystanders, two of whom were minors. They did nothing to save the old lady. The police have arrested four people in connection with this act.

According to Gwamnishu, Mr. Kenneth was said to have sold a water tank in his family house and used the money to solve family issues.

However, not being comfortable with Mr. Kenneth's action, his younger brother called for operatives of the local vigilante group who arrested the elderly man and tortured him for hours, and during the process, he died.

Angry villagers have stoned to death a suspected internet fraudster, also known as a 'Yahoo boy,' who was involved in a fatal accident that killed at least four people and injured several others in Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria.

Reporting on the accident, a resident who spoke to this Online News Media on the condition of anonymity said the driver of the Toyota car was driving at a high speed while going through Ijo Mimo to the Sunday bus stop in the Ijoka area of the town when his vehicle suddenly skidded off its lane and crushed the victims to death.

Some of the victims were on commercial motorcycles, known as okada, and they died immediately at the scene before they could be rushed to the hospital.

This Online News Media also gathered that the driver, suspected to be a Yahoo boy, was returning from Ijoka, where he had gone to see some of his friends when he lost control of the car and crashed into the victims.

Villagers who witnessed the accident immediately rushed the suspected Yahoo boy and found some fetish items (amulets/magic charms) inside the vehicle which attracted other villagers.

In a video sighted by our reporters, the angry villagers beat the Yahoo boy with stone, iron and other dangerous objects and unfortunately was killed.

"The mob action was due to the driver's attitude after the incident because he showed no sign of remorse and attempted to run away from the scene of the accident," an eyewitness told our reporters.

A Hernando County inmate was charged with second-degree murder after killing another inmate who was charged with sexual assault on a minor.

“It was a surprise to us as well as the other inmates. I don't know if we'll ever know why he did it.”

Jory Linn Van Antwerp, 49, was booked into the Hernando County Jail on January.

“He was charged with sexual assault by a custodian and the victim was over 12 and under 18 and there were six counts of that.”

He was receiving medical treatment for a serious medical issue before he was in jail.

William Harrison Gillespie, 35, was booked into jail on June 4 for felony battery.

Both inmates were in the medical unit.

Gillespie kicked Van Antwerp in the head while leaving his cell for questioning about previous fights.

"We don't have any indication that he knew the person, knew the charges or knew anything about our victim."

Van Antwerp died in the hospital on Saturday. The medical examiner ruled that the cause of death was a brain bleed.

Gillespie had a criminal record that included five felony convictions and 13 misdemeanors.

"A man brutally murdered his girlfriend on the street by striking her 15 times on the head with an iron wrench in Vasai, Mumbai.

The incident occurred around 8.30 am on Tuesday in the Chinchpada area of Vasai East.

Eyewitness footage revealed a large crowd watching the attack, but no one intervened to help the girl, Aarti Yadav, 20.
