"A captured Russian soldier is half laying on the ground with a Chechen rebel behind him holding a very large knife. Even though the video is Chechen and narrated in Russian, it seems the rebel is explaining to his rebel friends how to cut a throat. He then grabs the soldier and proceeds to cut away at the soldiers throat. the disturbing part is that he does NOT decapitate him but instead only cuts half way into his throat and leaves him lying there delirious and making a horrible breathing sound. After a little while he is dragged into a makeshift grave and another rebel shots him with his machine gun and the clip ends."

Indonesian Farmers Massacred/Beheaded (Beheading And Aftermath; Story In Description; 2003)
"Pam Swakarsa, or the Swakarsa Community Security Force, is the name for a sharp-armed civilian group formed by the Indonesian National Army (TNI) to stem student actions and support the MPR Special Session (SI MPR) in 1998, which ended with the Semanggi Tragedy. During the SI MPR, Pam Swakarsa was repeatedly involved in clashes with protesters who opposed the SI. They were also involved in clashes with residents who felt uneasy with the presence of Pam Swakarsa.
In 2003, PAM Swakarsa attacked the Mesuji farmers and massacred 30 of them. After being shot dead, many were beheaded and mutilated. Officials in Lampung, including the police, were bribed so no investigation was done into the disappearance of 30 farmers and PT Silva Inhutani was free to start large-scale rubber- and oil-tree plantations on these lands."
