I suppose yea, I just come from Spain, and a man set himself on fire in the city of Murcia pretty recently in broad daylight, and as soon as he did it, over 15-20 normal ordinary people, instantly rushed to him to hit him with jackets to try put him out, and loads of fire extinguishers.. So I am so used to people just being compassionate and helping instantly, that this, just watching people not do anything, and cops taking ages, is so dystopian to me.
