Disturbing scene of violence, discovery of a deceased male's body on the banks of the Cárdenas Comalcalco highway near the Oriente 6th section ranchería. The body exhibited signs of dismemberment, indicating that a violent act had taken place. Residents passing by noticed the remains and reported it to the police, who then cordoned off the area with yellow tape and began investigating the incident. Near the body, a cardboard message was found, warning that similar fates would be imminent if individuals continued to support a criminal group. The Prosecutor's Office became aware of the situation and commenced an investigation.
Locals believe body was left by cartel as a gift or display of power.
