The crime, occurred at 2:06 in the morning of January 31, between the Unión and Bolívar streets, in Juliaca.

MURDERER

In the video, the white-skinned murderer is seen dressed in a red and black jacket, black pants, white sneakers, and glasses, confronting and claiming the victim.

After several minutes, the subject took out a pistol with his left hand and without thinking shot Cristhian four times, taking his life.

WITNESSES

The video also shows a woman with long hair and a white jacket and a man in a dark blue jacket who were the criminal's companions and witnesses to the murder, who must collaborate with the police investigations to identify and capture the murderer.

It should be noted that the deceased was involved in illegal acts and conflicts, so it is presumed that the murderer is part of the "underworld" world.

An unfortunate murder case has shaken Colombia, where a hitman ended the life of a man who was chatting and drinking alcohol with his friends inside a bar.

Crime plagues the city of Bogotá, in Colombia, as evidenced by recent incidents. One of them involves a man who was murdered by a hitman when he was drinking alcoholic drinks with his friends inside a bar .

The victim was barely 27 years old , and was spending pleasant moments in the company of several people , until suddenly the criminal entered the premises to shoot him repeatedly.

According to the police report, the events occurred during the early hours of Saturday the 8th, in the Patio Bonito neighborhood, also known as the Kennedy area . This sector is one of the most dangerous in the Colombian capital, and is located southwest of it.

Witnesses claim that the murdered man was celebrating a job promotion with friends , inside the San Felipe bar, when an armed individual entered the premises, with the sole intention of ending his life.

A total of three shots surprised the subject, who died instantly on top of the bar counter , in the midst of those present who could not believe what had just happened.

Marc Lépine (French: [maʁk lepin]; born Gamil Rodrigue Liass Gharbi; October 26, 1964 – December 6, 1989) was a Canadian mass murderer from Montreal, Quebec, who, in 1989, murdered fourteen women, and wounded ten women and four men[note 1] at the École Polytechnique de Montréal, an engineering school affiliated with the Université de Montréal, in the École Polytechnique massacre.

Lépine was born in Montreal, the son of Canadian nurse Monique Lépine and Algerian businessman Rachid Gharbi. Gharbi was abusive towards and contemptuous of women, and left the relationship after Monique returned to nursing to support her children; Lépine was seven at the time. Lépine and his younger sister lived with other families, seeing their mother on weekends. Lépine was considered bright but withdrawn, and had difficulties with peer and family relationships. He legally changed his name at the age of 14 giving "hatred of his father" as the reason.

Lépine's application to the Canadian Forces was rejected, and in 1982 he began a science program at a college, switching to a more technical program after one year. In 1986 he dropped out of the course in his final term, and was subsequently fired from his job at a hospital due to his poor attitude. Lépine began a computer programming course in 1988, and again abandoned it before completion. He twice applied for admission to the École Polytechnique, but lacked two required compulsory courses.

Lépine had long complained about women working in "non-traditional" jobs. After several months of planning, including the purchase of a Ruger Mini-14, he entered the École Polytechnique on the afternoon of December 6, 1989, separated the men from the women in a classroom, and shot the women, while yelling, "I hate feminists", claiming that he was "fighting feminism". He then moved into other parts of the building, targeting only the women, before killing himself. His suicide note blamed feminists for ruining his life.

Lépine's actions have been variously ascribed from a psychiatry perspective with diagnoses such as personality disorder, psychosis, or attachment disorder, noting societal factors such as poverty, isolation, powerlessness, and violence in the media. The massacre is regarded by criminologists as an example of a hate crime against women, and by feminists and government officials as a misogynist attack and an example of the larger issue of violence against women. December 6 is now observed in Canada as a National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women.
