The censoring is actually normal, even if at a weird time, certain police footage does this as a way to protect her final few moments and so the public doesn't see her face when inflicting or having a wound inflicted upon them.
The doctor just walking away is pretty normal in general circumstances. He told her he died, gave condolences and after she said Okay from the shock and sadness, he walks away.
Her face falters for a moment after the doctor leaves, processes it for a bit and then remembered the gun.
She didn't push the gun away, thats the kick back from the bullet, she has a kinda high caliber bullet since the kick back is equal to or slightly harder than a 9mm. Her heart stops for a moment and the pain is horrible which is why her hand falls back and down, it tries to start pumping what it can which is why she goes to grab her heart, as well as from the pain.
Also when you watch the gun fly back, you see the gas expand outwards from the barrel of the gun. Movies lie to you by showing this bright light from guns, it's not always like that with common pistol based bullets.
This footage seems pretty real.
