A motorcyclist collided with an oncoming Lexus at km 515 while turning. The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. Yes, I just assumed it was illegal but unless it is a double solid white line or a single yellow solid line, you can legally go over it.
Yellow solid lines it is illegal to pass someone, but even if it's a double solid yellow line you can make a U-turn where I am from. Extreme caution must be used, unlike the guy in the video.
This is NOT the case everywhere, check your local state laws.
