The promotion of obesity has been going on for a while now so imma show you the harsh reality of what the fuck obesity is and does to your body.

Obesity is a chronic complex disease defined by excessive fat deposits that can impair health.

To say it in a way y'all understand: You're fat. Like really fat. Lizzo type fat. You get it, right? Not only is obesity fucking ugly but it's also extremely harmful for your body.

Binge Eating Disorder (BED)

BED is a mental disorder that makes affected people eat large amounts of food. These people often aren't able to stop or control themselves. These binges are often linked with stress or other strong emotions. Causes can be trauma, stress, depression, etc.

Effects of Obesity on the human body

Obvious and well known effects of obesity are pain. Back pain, knee pain, chest pain, etc. You know why? Because our bodies aren't made to be fat. Your body is literally struggling to hold your weight. Your organs are being crushed by the weight of the excessive fat on your body.

Skin diseases.

Very high risk of type 2 diabetes. Through the excessive income of fatty acids, glycerol, hormones and and other shit, the organs build an insulin tolerance.

Hypertension aka high blood pressure.

Coronary artery disease. What the fuck is that? It means you're so fat that plaque builds in your artery so the blood can't properly be pumped. Ew.

Congestive heart failure. Your heart can't properly supply your body with blood. Symptoms inculde swelling of your feet and legs.

Asthma. Cuz your fat is literally crushing your lungs.

Osteoarthritis. This basically means that the tissue around your joints slowly breaks and disappears. Again, that's because you are too heavy for your own joints.

Pulmonary embolism. A blood cloth forms and blocks your artery. That's it.

Gallstones. I don't think I need to explain this one but I will. Those are basically stone-like things in your gallbladder. They are formed from too much cholesterol and salt. Obese people obviously have an excessive salt intake, so yeah.

Obesity can also fuck with your hormones so it could be you get fertility problems or a low sex drive.

Pregnancy? Yeah good luck, it's very likely the baby turns out to have various health problems.

Did I mention you can get so fat that you can't properly clean yourself and you can get nasty infections?

Pedestrian dies after being hit by a pickup truck on a central street in Santa Ana

The driver remained at the scene. Police did not specify who was responsible for the accident.

René Edgardo Mina Martínez, 48, was hit and killed by a pickup truck this Friday, June 28 at 10:45 a.m. on 9th Street West in downtown Santa Ana.

According to rescuers, the victim died instantly due to multiple injuries.

Sources from the National Civil Police said that the driver of the car involved remained at the scene but his identity was not provided.

The incident was recorded on security cameras in the area, and according to the Police they will be analyzed to determine responsibilities.

PARKLAND, FLORIDA, USA – FEBRUARY 14, 2018 The video shows the school shooting from the perspective of a student hiding in one of the classrooms. Finally, a policeman enters the room and the students are saved. Except for one. He was lying wounded in a pool of blood.

This school shooting was committed by 19-year-old former student Nikolas Cruz. He murdered 17 people and seriously injured another 17. He fired headlong at students and school staff. Unlike other school shootings, Cruz did not commit suicide but fled to nearby Coral Springs, where he contacted students on the phone who gave his location to police and was arrested.

The reason for his act was supposed to be hatred towards people. Before the act, he recorded several recordings on his mobile phone, where he describes personal feelings and enthusiasm for killing. These videos were played during his trial. He was sentenced to life imprisonment.

" Bristol, Connecticut — On October 12, 2022, around 7:30 p.m., 35-year-old Nicholas Brutcher and his brother, Nathan Brutcher, left their parents' house and went to Bleachers Bar located at 300 Middle Street, Bristol. Both had been drinking before they went to the bar. That night, the bar had an "open mic" forum and Nicholas Brutcher planned to do some stand-up comedy. While sitting at the bar, Nicholas Brutcher got into a fight with another patron. The altercation began when the other patron put his arm around Brutcher, who reacted by elbowing the man in the face. The fight then spewed outside into the parking lot and police were called. When officers arrived, witnesses pointed out the Brutcher brothers were driving away. At around 8:52 p.m., Officer Harrison Pollock responded to Bleachers, upon arrival, bystanders directed his attention to a white pickup truck leaving the parking lot. Officer Pollock pulled over the Brutcher brothers' truck as they were leaving. Nathan Brutcher was driving and both men were highly agitated and making rude remarks to the officers on scene.

Because Nathan Brutcher was driving with a suspended license, the truck was towed. Both men became irate at the officers during the stop, yelling and cursing at them to the point where both were ticketed for creating a public disturbance. The Brutchers' mother was asked to come pick them up. After being picked up by his mother and returning home from the traffic stop, Brutcher immediately began putting on his camouflage, preparing his weapons, and within 30 minutes, at 10:32 p.m. placed the call to 911 to lure officers to his home. Sergeant Dustin DeMonte, Officer Alex Hamzy, and Officer Alec Iurato responded. Upon arrival, they approached the side door of the residence. They observed Nathan Brutcher inside the house and ordered him to come outside. At that time, from a concealed position on the neighboring property, Nicholas Brutcher fired upon the three officers multiple times, at first using an AR-15 style rifle and later with a handgun. All three officers were hit. Sergeant DeMonte and Officer Hamzy sustained fatal wounds.

Nicholas Brutcher walked to the driveway and toward Officer Hamzy and Sergeant DeMonte. Nicholas Brutcher's parents, who had come outside and in the rear yard of their home, saw what happened next. Nicholas Brutcher proceeded to stand over each officer and fire multiple shots into them, fatally shooting both – first Sergeant DeMonte and then Officer Hamzy. Although wounded in the upper leg area, Officer Iurato was able to move around the back of the house and ultimately to the location of the Bristol police cruisers parked on Redstone Hill Road. From that position, Officer Iurato fired one shot striking Nicholas Brutcher at the base of his skull killing him."

Woman killed as car falls off Hyderabad's Biodiversity Park flyover

Second fatal accident on the newly inaugurated Biodiversity Park flyover in Gachibowli.

A car, zooming at 104 kmph, fell off the newly inaugurated Biodiversity Park flyover after ramming the cement concrete crash barrier, resulting in the death of a woman.

The car, driven by a 27-year-old person, plunged from the highest point (18 metres) of the flyover and crash-landed on the road below, where people were waiting at an auto stand on the busy IT Corridor in Gachibowli.

The woman, identified as Pasala Naga Venkata Satyaveni (40) from Manikonda, was a home-maker.

The video footage of the accident shows that the red four-wheeler picked up speed soon after taking the flyover and a few metres later it flung into the air after climbing the barrier. The driver, Kalvakuntla Krishna Milan Rao, a resident of Jubilee Hills, failed to negotiate a curve and lost control, said Madhapur ACP N Shyam Prasad Rao.

Mr. Rao said the accident took place around 1.20 p.m. and the vehicle, after crash-landing on the road below opposite Nissan Car Showroom, bounced and went on to hit people who were standing on the roadside. "The car fell on a tree, killed the woman, skidded for a few metres, damaging several vehicles parked on the roadside, and came to a halt after uprooting a tree," he said.

Four others, including Milan, and Satyaveni's 24-year-old daughter Pranitha, suffered injuries in the accident, while a few received minor injuries.

Others injured were identified as K. Kubra (23), a native of Anantapur, and auto driver Balu Naik from Serilingampally. They were rushed to a nearby hospital and discharged in the evening.

M Rajeshwari, resident of Vidyanagar, said that five minutes before the accident, she stopped her bike on the roadside to attend a phone call. "It was a close shave for me," said the traumatised woman.
