That's really too bad. Upon watching in slow motion and very closely, two things I notice:
1- the bus was originally in the same lane as the stopped truck but changed lanes. That was a huge factor in this accident.
2- He had that shit! However he didn't lean “into” his turn. Bike made it, man did not.
Lean into those turns brothers and sisters!

He tried to overtake the bus. That's the reason he switched lanes so late. If he were already in front of the bus, he would have been fine.
The bus was in the right because the biker acted unpredictably. He saw the parked truck in front of him, but instead of slowing down, he sped up to overtake a bus while in its blind spot. Retards are as retards do.
