Nothing about this seems remotely safe. I’m flabbergasted they let this happen. I would imagine that setting up a bungee involves some relatively simple math, it’s not something you eyeball. And it’s also not something on which you can “do the math” correctly & still screw up, because it’s physics - the right math gives consistent results…then again, I’ve never even done bungee, let alone set one up.
