A Russian woman has died in the Dominican Republic after a car accident which involved her hanging out of the window on the passenger side while the driver recorded her on a mobile phone.
Natalia Borodina, 35, from Moscow, had taken her bikini off and was playing up to the camera, hauling her top half out of the car window while a friend was driving.
The shocking video sees the mother-of-one letting her upper body hang out of the window of the moving car, before she hits a lamp post.

First, look at Joanna Jedrzejczyk's hematoma sustained in a UFC fight, which she recovered from fully without any lasting complications.
Now compare that with the (bandaged) hematoma of our big titted (albeit fake) Russian beauty:
This woman died in hospital several days after sustaining the injury. Her hematoma had likely decreased in size by the time this photo was taken in relation to when it first happened - meaning that it was much larger at first.
Hematomas can be very dangerous and life-threatening, especially if they are of the 'subdural' type, which means the blood clot is in between the skull and the brain's protective layer. The swelling applies pressure to the brain and intracranial cavity, which introduces a whole new can of worms as far as complications go.
In this woman's case, her injuries turned out to be fatal. Factors such as impact force and speed were the ultimate deciders of her fate. Rest in peace, big tits.

To be precise, that would be epidural. Subdural is underneath the dura mater. So inside the protective layers - one level deep.
Given the boink I'd wager she had a collection of intracranial issues.

There's appears to be blood in her nose, so yeah... I'd say that the sign caused some serious damage inside her head.
