How can you blame the truck at all when there's almost no chance the driver could have even seen her? She's barely more than half as tall as just the bottom half of the truck and the driver was elevated, she was in a blindspot.
It's also hard to tell from the angle of the video, but it certainly looks as if the light changed while she was still walking across. I'm guessing she either decided to walk while it said "don't walk" or she overestimated how fast she could get through there.

Was she in the truck's blindspot? She seemed far enough away but i know the bigger the truck is, the larger the blindspots are.
