The age old 'crack in the floor' strikes again, causing chaos and carnage since the dawn of flooring.

So do you suppose this guy crossed that crack dozens of times before this and listened to the noise it made and felt the resistance of the wheels every time never once thinking anything like this could happen ?

Bro, at least once a week at work I see someone move something over a crack in the floor and it stops dead in it's tracks and causes problems. A few months ago, an entire wall panel was completely destroyed because the dolly wheel it was riding on hit a pebble on the floor and flipped the whole dolly over. Shit happens.

He was likely daydreaming about going to Yellowstone and seeing penises instead of geysers and the penises spray cum over everyone instead of steamy steam

That dude surely and certainly is dead! He ain't even forklift certified if he couldn't lower the fork down to the ground fully.

Here I am trying to quickly guess how it's going to happen....pinned in between lift and truck?....truck starts to drive off?.... trips in front of lift?...

Damn...

More times than not it's the crack that kills...

That line on the floor caused it to tip over.

It's crazy that from the first POV you can assume he survived. But the second shot really rebuff the notion.

This moron forgot to lower the forklift, he did it to himself at the end of the day... His own stupidity and obliviousness got to him in the end, can't say I'm surprised or shocked, considering that he was so incredibly naïve that it wasn't even concerning for me to see his face get squashed and caved in like that. R.I.P. to the dude, but I'm still gonna say that he caused his own death to happen by not lowering that forklift down to the ground fully.
