Roongroj Rakcheep, who took Mr Hussey into the air on his tragic voyage, has been charged with recklessly causing death - but said it was not his fault and claimed Mr Hussey was 'nervous and panicked' and 'accidentally unbuckled the equipment'.

I just got back from Thailand. The instructors jump on the chute lines like that ON ALL TRIPS. It's crazy because they have no safety line attached to them, but I watched them do over and over again in Phuket and Pattaya. I thought it was the instructor that fell since they are just holding on with their hands, but they never do.
